We act on behalf of our customers to buy products from a store or website that our customers cannot access directly — usually due to language barriers, payment restrictions, or shipping limitations.

Process

You send us the product link and details.

1. 1. We buy the product using our local account and payment methods.
   2. We receive the item at our warehouse in the buying country.
   3. We ship the products to you internationally, usually with options to consolidate multiple items or select your preferred courier.

 

Ship For You

Our “ShipForYou” service is a logistics solution that allows you to buy items from online stores that don’t ship to your country by providing you with a local address in that country, receiving the goods for you, and then forwarding them internationally to your ultimate address.

Process

Case study: You want to buy shoes from a U.S. store, but:

• • The store only ships within the U.S.

• • You live in Vietnam (or anywhere else)

Our shipping solution for you:

1. We forward the package to your home address.
2. Giving you our U.S. warehouse address
3. You place the order and enter our warehouse address as your shipping address
4. When the package arrives at the proxy warehouse, we notify you
5. You pay for international shipping
6. We forward the package to your home address
